BUDDEE

Buddee is a guided journal and mobile app designed to support mental well-being.
It offers tools and activities to help users cope with difficult moments, reflect, and reconnect with themselves — while promoting open dialogue about mental health. It is a supportive companion, not a substitute as professional therapy.

This concept is linked to the idea of waves that flow through us, representing the highs and lows of life. They echo the inner storms that sometimes overwhelm and destabilize us, making us drift in a wild, uncontrollable ocean. Like a sailor caught in a storm,
we must fight against wind and tide to reach a safe harbor.

Buddee is the lighthouse that guides us through the darkness, helping us find calm and balance within ourselves.

Deliverables : logo, color palette, typography, graphic elements of the journal — cover, spine, and back cover, table of contents, interior layout (sample double page) —
a brochure, and the Buddee app connected to the journal.
